"Count Every Vote" March and Vigil Planned for November 5 UPDATE

Please note that the end-point for the march-vigil has been changed. The new destination is the parking lot at Tri-Star and Savannah Joe's. All other information remains the same. Please remember that you must wear a mask to participate in this event.

A "Count Every Vote" march and vigil has been organized by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock. Those interested in participating are invited to gather in Kilmarnock at the shopping center across from Food Lion(location of the now-closed Peebles store). The march will begin at 9:00 AM, at which time the group will proceed to walk to Grace Episcopal Church--changed (303 South Main Street, Kilmarnock). A vigil will be held until 1:00 PM.   Participants are invited to make and carry signs (example, "Count Every Vote"). While gathered at Grace Episcopal Church participants are requested to wear a mask (and no admission into the church building will be allowed). Lancaster Indivisible and several local churches have been invited to participate, too.   Questions? Please contact Susan Moseley, Pastor, Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock, at pastor.uufr@gmail.com
